Have you ever thought about charisma? I don`t think many people give it much consideration when it comes to success. But Charisma is powerful.

First, some definitions:

Charisma
A rare personal quality attributed to leaders who arouse fervent popular devotion and enthusiasm.

Personal magnetism or charm: a television news program famed for the charisma of its anchors.

A personal attractiveness that enables you to influence others.

So in other words, having charisma makes you become an attraction magnet. You will move people.

It`s about energy and the energy you project outwards to the world from within you. People will feel your high positive energy and want what you`ve got.

Having charisma comes from having self confidence. It comes from caring about people. Connecting with people. Feeling other people are important.

Work on your Charisma, your character and you`ll have the respect from others you deserve.

As your eyes get tired, reaffirm your dedication.

Some people suggest telling the everyone when you’ve set a goal you want to achieve. Don’t. Just go ahead and do it. If you tell people, they might try to bring you down. They may tell you of all the challenges you will face.

Not to mention the pressure you may put on yourself.

Just relax. Keep thinking of your clearly defined goals, and don’t allow your mind to be influenced by other peoples opinions or surrounding circumstances.

I`m not saying to ignore good advice. But when you’re sure that what you’re doing is the right thing, go with it. If you’ve thought seriously and deeply about it, and it feels good, you are on the right track.

Ignore the negative people around you.

Self confidence recognizes the talent within yourself. And in others. It radiates from your whole inner being. Your faith in yourself, in what you have to offer will shine through in your speech and body language.

It`s energy you can`t hide ! Your self confidence causes others to feel confident about you, They will be ready to listen to you and be persuaded by you.

It’s better to have too much confidence than not enough And you have the power to use it.
